Where is the best place to buy spells. I have only found 1 place in the Prommenade and I am sure there must be more. My current spell availibility is pretty poor so any help would be appreciated. Also, I am not looking for spoilers or cheats.

Best place to buy scroll is lady yuth in the back of the adventurers mart (SE waukeens promenade).
There are also a few in Trademeet if I recall. The best spells though are only to be found by adventuring.

Ribald's spells are the best you can buy in SoA. However, ch6 is still a long way off if you've just started. Look around for thieves at night as they tend to sell good spells and other items early on in the game. There are lots of all over the city.
Bernard in the copper coronet also sells some nice lvl 8 spells as well.

There's also a guy in the bridge district who has some good spells you can't get easily at the start of the game. He only shows up at certain times of the day though...

You also forget Bernard in the Copper Coronet. He has some high 7th and 8th level spells for sale early on, including Incendiary Cloud, Sequencer, and Cacofiend.
The blacksmith in Trademeet has some great mid-level spells, as does one of the guys in the tents just outside the gates (the one next to the Djinn tent, I think). -Sazerac
