I have just installed ToB, but the bug with "NPC appears busy" is not fixed. Is there a ToB patch to fix this problem? Please, any help at all, this is very frustrating!

Official ToB-Patch
Baldurdash Fixpack

First install the Official Patch, then the Fixpack.

that is weird if it didnt fix it...

Almost every bug reported here is fixed by the combinations of Baldurdash and the latest official patch. Among other things, the Jaheria romance is well broken without it.
