I want to kill Erathsmador....I want to kill that annoying samurai outside dragon spire who is always saying hello....I want to kill Jathil....I want to kill every single boogre in the boogre caves....I REALLY want to kill that blind dude in dragon spire because if he was really blind he wouldn'tbe able to look at me no matter what angle I stared at him at.....I want to kill all the stouts in the mines.....Etc etc etc.......bad idea? I did all the quests and I read most the quests for Brimloch Roon and it doesnt seem like I need any of those pathetic people alive, they must die! But I don't know if I should...
And where exactly is the pool in dragon spire for the last magic shoppe quest in Ishad N'Ha?

I like your approach Newbie!
Hello and Welcome Back! If it really hurts you to leave those poor souls alive, go ahead and whack away if you think you can! Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your alliance), there are no consequences for going back on the oath of the Mavin. I can't give you specific directions to the pool, its been too long since I finished the game, but I'll look up a link to walkthrough maps and edit it into this post. Unfortunately, there isn't any repercussions for whacking "friendly" NPCs. Just make sure that you get what you want from them first. Admittedly, killing Erathmeador, The Mystical Sphinx etc is quite tempting because of the huge amount of XP you get. For example, Erathmeador gives 1849578xp to a single character. Many levels to be gained there!
