Has anyone been able to notice if a Ninja's abilities go up or down dependong on armor? I had 2 Paladins switch to Ninja and when the class change took effect, neither of them took off any armor. I can equip them just like the heaviest tank of a warrior. Does this hurt them in anyway? Help appreciated

I have been trying to figure out a way to test this out. I have a monk, a ninja, an assassin so the question is armor or none? Weapons or none? Since I am a bit stuck at dragon spire I think I'll experiment. I did go into the dojo and enter the guild and buy special. Got some nifty ninja and assassin gear. Mussy is smashing in red!

I removed Ravenna's Bo Stick +1 (level 5 in this skill). Tried Kung Fu (level 3). She actually did more damage. Perhaps with the ninja gear she is lighter on her feet. (she sure looks cool). So I have sold my extra suits of dragon armor, hey, I need cash and to make it at the inn. I just can't quite accept my characters taking 500 gp from strangers at an inn. I am a bit puzzled as to how I test the theory that they are harder to hit . . . the AC number is lower with out my dragon armor but alot of the traits function with being seen in my stats. I sure can carry a lot more. Well, I shall find a foe . . . and SAVE and test it. The Dragon lives! I have the Mavin. Grue and Bandito, no more. I am off to a bright new world. Do let us know what your experimentation reveals!

I believe is says in the notworththepriceofadmission strategy guide that Ninjas, Assassins and Monk (oh my!) are better off, or at least more lethal with less armor.

That would be logical but this game isn't always logical.
