importing, cheating or not?

Hi everyone. I've just recently become a member here (as some of you know

) and I was wondering if importing items to a character was considered cheating? Not using any special program, just loading up an old char and shifting equipment? Just wondering what the concensus was. (btw I'm assuming that transferring, then transfering again (in the case of rings and weapons ect.) is cheating? b/c you only had one, but now you had two of that item??)

By definition, not it isn`t. You`re not altering the game in any way, nor are you using any editor.

I surely would consider it cheating. Atleast if the items are all really powerful.

I only import boots of speed if I import any at all...I'm fed up with my party going about as fast as an arthritic snail with heavy shopping bags

If I import, it is only the Bag of Holding, and only if I'm a solo Sorcerer/Mage. This is because I never spend any Strength-points on them, so they get slowed all the time. [img]smile.gif[/img]
