How in gods name do you get a moving sig. I have seen one on the net and would like to use it. But have no clue how to get it to work?

Really no problem. Move the art work to your computer, then go to one of the free hosting sites and convert it to the correct URL. Cut and paste the results into your profile. Do remember the limits, it differs for each site you visit.
