Who here likes Charlie Daniels? I know I do. I love the song "The Devil Went Down To Georgia", especially the devil's part.

My god, you've never heard of Charlie Daniels? He's only one of the best bands that there's ever been! Search for him at MP3.com or something, his songs are definitely worth while to listen to.

Hey, have you heard this parody? (sing to the tune of The Devil Went To Georgia)

The Devil went to Jamacia,
he was lookin to sell some weed,
he was doin fine,
they were standin in line,
it was excellent weed indeed,
when he came across a young man,
who was likewise peddaling pot,
and the devil slid down the beach to the kid,
and said boy, let me tell ya what,
I guess by now you've figured,
I'm a reefer head, of course,
and after all this time,
I guess that I'm,
a connoisseur of sorts,
now your stuff smells okay,
but this could tranqualise a horse!
I bet a million in cash,
against your stash,
cos I think mine's better than yours,
The kid said my name's Johnny,
and you may've tried the rest,
but one kick've this grass'l kick yer ass,
you got yourself a bet!

I can't remember the rest, but this is written by Weird Al Yankonvich.

ROTMFLMAO!!!! no i haven't heard that.... that's pretty good

I got to hear Charlie Daneils do a number of songs ranging from Bar fights to Gospel songs. He was quite good. His latest patriotic song "It's a Flag not a Rag" was pretty good too

My dad met Charlie Daniels in person.
SUPPOSEDLY.

Yeah, I love the Jamacia song. We played it at our graduation (from middle school) real loud. Nobody said anything.
