ok please help me out with something

***long story***
im a wood elf now so on one day i was jumping around when i talked to someone and al the sudden he attacked me with his fist so i unwielded my sword and start hitting him with my fist i thought it was fun and next thing i know i had killed half balmora so when al the guards were after me i renned away now when i talk to a guard so i can remove the price on my head thay attack me

***short story***
killed some people now the guards attack me on sight and i cant pay them so thay will leave me be

what can i do about it ( dont mind to cheat )
