I have found two pieces of the Dragonshield Embosse but can not find the third. I think I have looked everywhere (obviously not the case). Any suggestions? Thanks!

There were 2 pieces in chests amid mazes off the waterway and one behind a set of rocks that you need a special item so you can get the rocks out of the way.
