BIG SPOILERS
I totally forgot about this. When loading my game, I decided to pour through the endless pages of my journal. And then I found the khajit entry.

If you don't know about this, check it out. There is a crazy khajit/argonian (not sure which one) fisherman who tells you about the sunken shrine of Boethiah. You can talk to him about lots of things, non-relating to the game. Its quite amuzing. This guy is located on a small, small island about north of the Ahmussa camp, on one of those islands. Check the hand drawn map to aid you're search. Very Very fun.

I found him once. I decided he was nuts and left him alone.

Yes, i found him too once. He's full of it, yet some of the things he says are true apparently.

Two things he says are true. There is a sunken shrine of Boethiah, in the ocean, west of that daedric shrine northwest of Hla Oad, an X is marked on the hand drawn map that you get with the game. Also, he talks about talking mudcrabs, who are extremely wealthy (sound familiar). What he does say, about them running Pelagiad, seems completely bull but I wouldn't be surprised if something around those lines were true, (there are a lot of mudcrabs by the small pond by Pelagiad). I am looking into the other things he does say, seeing if there is any truth behind any of that other, crazy talk.
