Faust Halberd

Does anyone use this weapon
its called the Faust Halberd
I got it a while after i got VI into the
party but before i got to Trynton
It seems to be very powerfull
10-30 damage or so
It is also cursed
really cursed not just unremovable
u loose Hp with it eqipped
but that what amulets of health are for
does anyone know what it is
is it an AXE, a Pole
i dont know
i dont use it cuz i want to concentrate on
my fighters weapon skill
any one out there have any clue

P.S. i gave it to vi for a few hours and she rocked with it
but Vi is gone
she looked too butch

When you right-click it, it should tell you if it's a Polearm or an Axe. Look for which skill it uses, or which skill Vi is improving in while she uses it.

well Vi is gone she tried to masterbate on some statue and got stuck i believe.
so i will try to see if i can check on it by rightclicking but i think i have tried that already
i would be surprised if i hadnt tried somtihng so obvious but u never know

but has anyone else come across it in the game
i havent heard anyone mention it here
so is it like a common weapon
or a rare one that i got lucky some monster dropped or something

The Faust Halberd is a rare item. I've only gotten it myself by picking Antone's pocket. Never seen it as a drop or chest item. However, I don't use it because that -3 hp drain is pretty steep. So I go with Raven's Bill. Not quite as strong, but an amulet of healing offsets the -1 hp drain, which makes it preferable. You can steal that from Tramain in the HLL.

cuz i got that too but i accidently sold it when i was trying to clean out my inventory

damn i should have kept it

see i want to put the robot dude in one of my flanks not up front, so i want a good extended weapon for himg too use also
any sugggestions

Yeah, Raven's Bill is another you don't see too often. However, RFS-81 is a Monk, and wouldn't be able use a halberd anyway.

What you might want for him is the Staff of Doom. Cursed with -1 hp drain, but an amulet of healing or similar can handle that. It's always in the cave behind the waterfall in the Mountain Wilderness, though that area is not a place for low-level groups.

yeah im still pretty weak
my party is all 12-13

and rsf-81 is still level 10

im thinking of maybe giving the halberd to my fighter cuz he is already maxxed out with his sword skill nad he doesnt do that great with the demonsbane, flamberge, or the enchanted broadword.

either i give him the halberd or the bi-penis
(wich is a weird name for a weapon by the way)

Remember that fighters have a berserk option with any weapon in hand, and that does double damage. If you haven't set your fighter to that, do so first chance you get. Also, how high is his strength? That has a big effect on damage, too.

And yeah, you're not quite up to the mountain wilderness just yet, though you can always save the game and give it a try.

actually his strenght is maxxed
so is vitality
and he is always on berserk mode
actually his is not as weak as i said i just excepct more from him
my samurai is only like 65 in strenth and has many more kills
does more damage too
