Having trouble with getting to the shamen at toad willage

I just got the game and im stuck on getting to the shamen.
Iv seen the trap door that wont open and iv explored all of
the toad palace place. is there a way to get to the shamen?

Did you look at the back of the room where you found the trapdoor? Shinwiki is to be found there.

Yeah, the sneak id hiding in the shadows at the back of the hut. Do not forget to use all prompt words with him esp. Evil and Toadem.

thx ppl but i kill the ppl in the hut because they attacked me.
does that mean i cant get in there?

I doubt it is likely you can do anything there if you killed Shinwiki. You'll have to reset your adventure or go back to a save game before you went postal on the toads!

i had that same problem killing all of them and then doing the quest all over i feel for you

but if you want you can kill them after the quest and after you get the magical spear

so that means that i have to start new charcters and do the
quest over?
If i have to..and i dont does it matter much i the game? can i still go on?

The "Toad Village" quest isn't required. However, if you want to do it, you can restart your game without starting new characters...in fact, you can get your characters to be more powerful quickly this way anyway.

Go to your Options screen (the computer icon in the lower left corner) and click on "Reset Adventures". You need to be back in the town to do this, otherwise it's greyed out. If your characters aren't in town, when you go back to the town screen, click on the Inn and then click "Revert Game". This will bring your characters back to the Inn forcibly

Of course, you can just skip the quest. It doesn't affect the end game.
