Even tough u have gone through the game whit lots of diffrent charakters (sorry gor my spelling) the "thrill" is never as fun as it was whit our first char.. like my first charekter was a half orc named "big bobba" (I know its lame but it was my first time) and since i didnt know cr*p about the game I was stuck in the dungeon for hours! I know this thred dosent relly have a point i just came to think about it...

thats so true, the first character is still the best. I miss playing my original character from BG1 even: Tala Grimwulf, elven ranger extradonaire! though my current c's could easily kick her butt since now I know which points to put where and what classes suit my style of playing (hellooo sorceror!)

You have to love your first time.

My Paladin Volos spent about a week trying to get out of Chateau Irenicus, and once I did I still missed half the equipment.

It took forever to figure out just what was going on and where to find NPC’s. Somehow I still managed to defeat Irenicus in the last battle. I think we were all still about level twelve or thirteen. Considering the trouble I had with other battles that one was easy though.

Hehe, Chateau Irenicus took me a loooooooooooong time on my first try. I was at the very end of the dungeon for about a week, and this was just that part, hehe. I constantly had to reload cuz I couldn't figure out that those traps can't be disarmed using a thief's ability, hehe. I ended up walking along the very edge of them after I couldn't figure out what to do. It's cheesy, but you can just simply walk as close to the wall as you can get to bypass those traps. Took me too long, but the fun in his dungeon isn't there anymore .

Indeed it does. But let's keep that topic away from this board.
