Vongoethe (Spoiler)

K, so I'm playing a Lawful Good character. Obviously I should restore the girl with her soul. The "good" thing to do would be to beat up Vongoethe after I get the soul from him but before he gets the soul of Marlowe. However, that's not the lawful thing to do, is it? I was wondering which path I should take...

Note that I'm trying to role play it as much as possible, I was just having trouble deciding with this one...

Well, actually i think getting Marlowe to the lich and still destroying it, is the best action. The lich is wrong for ever approaching Marlowe, he's evil and must die .. but Marlowe hasnt been a saint either.
So destroying the lich is fact, getting the soulstone back too .. and teaching Marlowe a lesson in between is just a nice bonus. [img]smile.gif[/img]

K thx, I guess the Lich isn't exactly your average "merchant", seeing as how he's definately evil and is bartering in "souls". Also, killing the merchant's family wasn't exactly "good". I guess my Inquisitor will go whip him!

Help the Lich, but have Turn Undead active at the same time. As the Lich say thanks and tries to teleport away, chuckle in amusement as he explodes into many, many pieces.

I thought really important named Undead creatures (such as the case in point) were immune to Turn Undead. I mean, heck, the guy knows Dragon's Breath, and yet he can be killed instantly just by turning off Anomen's AI and pressing one button? What would the world be like if you could do that to Kangaxx?

I'd kinda like to have Kangaxx as my personal pet, kinda like a little birdie, just a tad more dangewous .. look, a puwsycat *capture the soul*

I Turned the lich by accident really. [img]tongue.gif[/img] I talked to the father and decided to be prepared in case the lich goes hostile. When I finished yakking with the lich, *OHM*, one dead lich. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Undead fights are a joke when you have level 20+ Turn Undead. They literally say their prayers.
