Cloud kill has got to be the way to go. Hide just outside of his range of sight and cast 7 or 8 cloudkills on top of each other.

The cumulative effect is to do about 120 points damage to him.

Thanks for the suggestions. I found the answer to this specific problem in anouther message thread. Using the cheat codes you can summon Elhan into anouther game area where he appear as a neutral....
