When i played with a lvl 2 sorcerer/ lvl 2 pale master i only got 17exp for killing a goblin. But when i played a lvl 4 sorcerer i got 75 exp for each goblin. (playing human both times).

When it stands +1 soak 5 damage does that mean that it reduces all damage of 5? and the +1 is AC? Or is it just melee dmg reduced? (blunt dmg?), or does it reduce arrows? (ranged attacks also?).

The question should really be what does might do. When it for example stands "+3 might" on a composite longbow what does it then mean? And what weapon is best for a rogue (ranged)? A heavy crossbow...
