Tnakd for the help all. I changed out my cd rom to a newer one I had. The problem went away only 20 mins to do a full install now. Much much better.

Now let the games begin. :o)

When I try to install the game a full install is takeing over 6 hours. I have shut down all programs in the back ground. Is there any way to correct this or its it a noraml problem for the game ?
