I will vote for Silvio Berlusconi as he would be the ideal replacement for Mr. Bush: the two are the foreign politicians (ugh, I almost wrote "statesmen", what was I thinking!!!) I just love to hate. And Mr. Berlusconi is on record as being a great admirer of the USA: a perfect match.
Plus, Mr. Berlusconi got a beautiful, smart and independent-minded wife with great sense of style. Well, the last probabaly went without saying, after all, she is Italian.
