[/QUOTE]I've done that with 2 different characters and Mehra has never mentioned anything about a rat plague. Others have, FX the cleaning woman inside the temple, but there's no journal entries when she does it.

Could it be that it's random what pops up when I ask her about rumors, and maybe if I leave the area and return, she will eventually come up with the rumor that triggers the quest?
