Ok, I'm a level 1 Assasain, who is in Balmora. Now, I am having trouble picking pockets, and I need too........I'm using the Ring of Theivery, and also Invisibilty scrolls sometimes, and I STILL GET CAUGHT!

Pickpocket is another aspect of sneak. So a)you need to get your sneak skill up and level up a few times (the higher your level and the higher your sneak skill the easier it is to pickpocket) and b) chameleon works far better for thieves than invisibility.
