Well, I am against that. People should rarely get what they want, because human kind is fickle by nature and what they want one moment, they do not the next. Yeah, it's a little different in this case (we're dealing with something BIG, after all), but I bet science will come out in a few years and refute the whole "born gay" thing, and then in another 20 years, claim it's true, and then in another 20 years, refute it again...

I personally believe that no one is born just about anything. It's a culmination of lots of stuff, but more or less with the gay thing, it's that everyone, at some time in their life, questions their sexuality. Now that it's bascially encouraged to have sex with whatever moves, you find a lot more people that don't particularly care about "societical conventions" and feel there is nothing wrong with being attracted to the same gender.
