VERY useful when you have a lot of coding in your post. I use it quite often, since I use HTML and UBB code frequently.
I also make use of Notepad when I need to type out a long post. Makes it more coherent to go through.

Magic Resistance will not prevent INT-Drain. Immunity to the weapon enchantment used to inflict the INT-Drain will protect you though.
If the player wants to frantically switch weapons everytime he wants a Magic Resistance boost, do so by all means.
It is troublesome, especially when you consider the effects are wildly random, often catching you by surprise.
