I tested on this little picture. I think you need 255 Red , 0 Green and 255 Blue. But it turn out like this.

I can do it using PaintshopPro. I've never been able to use paint, and I spent a year or so "working" on a site making sig's and avatars.
If you have that I can tell you how, or Photoshop, but MSPaint you cannot trans. (google told me) Also downloading the GIMP, which is a free program, can be used to do transparencies. I found it a bit strange to use, but not too difficult to make things transparent. If I have time later I'll take a look at that picture and make it transparent. |

Also, you can't make transparent JPG images. An you shuldn't JPG compress images that small anyway.
