I tested on this little picture. I think you need 255 Red , 0 Green and 255 Blue. But it turn out like this.

Anybody knows what I did wrong?

You are either using no transparency index or the incorrect one.

What program are you using?

I can do it using PaintshopPro. I've never been able to use paint, and I spent a year or so "working" on a site making sig's and avatars.

If you have that I can tell you how, or Photoshop, but MSPaint you cannot trans.

(google told me)

Also downloading the GIMP, which is a free program, can be used to do transparencies. I found it a bit strange to use, but not too difficult to make things transparent.

If I have time later I'll take a look at that picture and make it transparent.

Makes sense, you cant make transparent images with MS Paint

Also, you can't make transparent JPG images. An you shuldn't JPG compress images that small anyway.
