This would be really nice although I think they might be a bit pricey for a bit.

Prices will drop rapidly when volume starts picking up: most processor produced in 2006 will be based on dual-core technology (see AMD and Intel roadmaps).
Additonally, dual core processors will be on Socket 939 motherboards for quite a while to come - so anyone buying a new system would be advised to futureproof their computer by buying into the AMD 939 route. |

Oh man, I WANT ONE NOW!!!!!! |
*drool* Guees I won't be upgrading for a while. I may just stick with some more ram to tide me down in the mean time.
|
Bah Dual core can wait I just built my computer. any way AMD has hinted at building their new processors with pelter technology.
|
dual core with hypterthreading.. wow.. multiple task would be so easy now.
|
ohh my gosh!
i want to build a dual processor system next, so i guess i can wait and build a dual processor system with dual cores. Ohh yeah *drool* it'll have dual processor, dual cores, twin sata harddrives in raid, dual nividia graphics cards, dual channel ram, and of course dual monitors, everything is in twos now it seems. |
dual graphics cards are not very good. they dont give that much of an imporvment.
|
umm thats improvement and i feel dual graphics cards wont be as effective as a single powerful unit although having the 2 would be quite helpful wen it comes to games or programs that require intence graphics
|
yeah, I want two more for the sake of just having two
