how can you put animations into your signature?

If you're asking about pictures, those are animated GIF picture files. You can make some at http://www.cooltext.com but you have to host them on your own webspace. (Some free servers let you do this, but Geocities, Tripod, Angelfire, Netfirms, and a couple other well-known names don't.)

Cooltext.com runs from a program called GIMP. Do a web search for that and you should find a place to download the program.
