I had to stop the chatroom because some few people that were 'leaders' in chat kept booting people, and I have the log as well. (And this new version of chat DOES log users btw..) anyway, I will be getting the upgrade that allows IP banning and will now require a registered Ironworks account to use. (It's neat, when you click on chat, your username will automaticly be entered and you can go right in!) It requires a source code mod for UBB--which is kinda big, but no problem.

Ah, that's most definitely good news, Ziroc. I heard from Luvian about the chatroom abuse, very sad that people do such a thing... :(

Upgrade sounds good! Sounds like a lot of work, but if it keeps members from being booted on the whims of whoever gets there first (a complaint I heard from a few of our members) I'm all for it!

I was sorry to hear that IW's chat room was used to make disgusting comments and derogatory statements as well. :( I know a few members were so put off they left the chat after signing in for the first time.

Can't wait to see the new version!

LOL, LoA, maybe followers will be a thing of the past. Doubt it, though. ;) I tried signing on during the late troubles, but I think tht it had been taken down, already. Just as well, the less said, soonest mended.
