No link as yet, but quite a momentous turnaround.

Whether it'll apply to those held in secret prisons remains to be seen.

Apparently the change has been leaked from an internal memo, following the Supreme Court decision a couple of weeks ago.

Look, under the Geneva Convention, which is LAW here in the US, you have 2 types of people: civilians and enemy soldiers. Call them "combatants," "agents," "f-tards," or whatever, if they are prisoners of war they have to be treated by certain rules.

And, btw, who's your daddy? Who told you this day would come for 3 years now? Hmmm.... *looks around.* Well, whoever he is, I know he's a heckuva guy.
