that article makes it sound like no one can agree why the drop. i personally say who cares? as long as it drops.
well ok, i truly do care, i'd prefer abstinence, especially for my own children, but...if they are gonna go for it i want them to protect themselves from deiseases and unexpected pregnancies. |

It's obviously from education and the availability of/information on contraceptives... Abstinence "education" was around in 1946. Information wasn't. You do the math.
