I'm not shocked this happened, but EMINEM!?!?!?! |
EEEEEYYYYYEEEEEWWWWW!
Aside from my personal view on that music ... well ... that was it. WHY!?!?! My mind boggles..... [ 05-29-2002, 11:49 AM: Message edited by: Charean ] |
That is amazing. This type of thing certainly doesn't help the fight against the DMCA.

I run a music store, we started selling it friday. we counted 6 places to buy bootlegs in a 3 block are in downtown Boston. F*cking thieves, thats what bootleggers are.
|
Im still stuck with trying to figure out "Why would anyone want to bootleg Eminem?" And, even worse, "Why would anyone want to buy it?"

What concerns me more is the fact Gracenote are able to find out what cds people are listening to. Surely this is an invasion of privacy, or is it another term hidden a the bottom of the EUA? Anyone know which programs Gracenote is associated with? |

But don't worry, Gracenote works in a way that it can easily look up all the song titles of a certain CD you're playing in Winamp, so you won't have to enter them manually. And of course, there's always the option to disable that function completely in your Winamp... Just indicate in the preferences that you don't have an Internet connection available, that way Winamp won't try to connect to the Gracenote database to look up the song titles. ;) |
I think that all music, when it's made, should be given readily to the public for acess...
