Do spells work underwater? What about enchanted items? It makes sense that a ring that does fire damage on target wouldn't work underwater but what about an item that does shock damage for instance, or paralyze on target at 10ft.?
Another one: I get the weapon damage difference, when I get 2-3 damage with quick chops but 25 when I take a good swing, but how do enchanted items work when it comes to damage? If my shock amulet does 1-25 damage, how do I get it to do 25 damage every time? Or is it dumb luck? experience? |
Most spells work underwater. AFAIK, fire is the only effect that doesn't. I know shock does, but I'm not sure about frost. I wonder what happens when you cast water walking while underwater?
For damge ranges on spells, I believe it is random, and evenly distributed across the range. I'm not 100% sure though, so someone please correct me if I'm wrong. |
