SPOILER
- - - - - - - - - - It may not be important, but suppose you want the idol from the archealogical site, and you don't want to fight the doomslayer: go outside, drop the statue, meet the doomslayer: he won't attack you but will disappear into the cave! You can then pick it up again. Also something strange happened: I tried to fight to doomslayer and used a wand of lightning: He made a save vs. wands, and then there was: "doomslayer: damage taken (-3)" ; does that minus mean he got more hit points, since normally as far is I know there ain't a minus, but just: "damage taken (1)" e.g. |
Sorry Saoric, I can't exactly say off the top of my head. It's possible that he did get some extra HP, though I imagine its just a bug.
Some creatures in the PnP version are healed by different attacks, and some get bigger altogether e.g. a spell in 1/2Ed D&D allows you to summon shambling mounds, but if they're not big enough for you, then fire a lightning bolt or two into them and they get bigger! Instant giant. |
If you have resistance of 127% ( the maximum, although I don't know why it is 127 ) you start healing if you damage of that type - I have tried it with fire damage/resistace
