So I'm wandering around and Jan begins telling a story about Turnips, Wyverns and some other nonsensical things.

Then the dark love of my life, Viconia, throws in her snide remark and the punches start rolling....


Viconia: "You do love the sound of your own voice, don't you Gnome?"
Jan: "My own voice? Heartless wench! Don't you know? I am deaf! I have never heard the sound of my own voice. How could you lift such a thought ... *sob*...from your own lips?"
Viconia: "Deaf? Truly? In the underdark the deaf are either killed or used for pain-threshold experiments"
Jan: "I've heard that. In fact, that reminds me of a time that I was eaten by an avatar of Loth. I was stuck inside her stomach with a miserable Drow called Biffle-Chump. Of course, I was forced to eat him; a matter of survival, you understand? Personally, he tasted a bit like chicken."
Viconia: "Roland Caliborne [Thats ME!], how is it that you travel with such a wee buffoon?"
ME: "Truthfully, it all goes back to the time that Jan's cousin Plooty Paladin Piper got caught in a nasty Flesh Golem eating contest."
Jan: "Aye, Plooty had a way of attracting golems. Brilliant, really. You start with a saucer of milk -- Golem's are suckers for milk ...."
Viconia: "I refuse to listen to this."

hahaha that's hilarious [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img] . I don't remember experiencing that conversation, although I'm pretty certain I had both Jan and Viconia in a party at the same time at least once.

That is a classic! Don't think I have ever come across that one, maybe I should start dragging Jan along. :D

No, that's standard, and also my favorite conversation in the game.

Too cool. I've been through the whole series thrice, and there's always something new.
