And how do i get smiley faces in my messages?

When someone post a messade in a topic, that topic goes to the top of the first page.
When you have an important topic that you want to keep on the first page, you post a message that you want to make clear, is only posted in that use.
Then you write BUMP.
As for the smilies, just click on the graphics library in the top right corner of the page where you write the answer.

When? You can do that immediately in BG2. There are some rules you must meet though...
First, your character needs to be human
Second, you need at least 16 points in the prerequisite stat of your current class and 17 in the prerequisite stat of the class you are going to dual class to. Translated into English: If you are a fighter and you want to dual class to a mage, you need at least 16 Strength and 17 Intelligence.
Third, some classes, like Monk, Sorcerer and Paladin, can't be dual-classed.
