Theres a list in the rules and regulations page. Its fairly accurate, for the low levels. Much above 3000 and there are surprises.

yes, until you hit 1k you go through them fairly quickly, it took me forever to get out of emerald dragon, and now I'm almost done with red

Yeah, Emerald is a bitch to go through. I was on Emerald for ages, 500 posts! What a rank! And Red and white are so small compared to it!
