I have beaten the game and everytime I do and *end game SPOILERS*
Sonar or whatever her name is stops talking and my PC'S don't do whack bout anything I try to talk to her but it always says she is busy. I was so angry dudes. I beaten BG1 and 2 and I would never be able to find out the conclusion of the saga. So tell what the ending is I heard it sucked.

I do not understand you. If you have beaten the game you know how it ends.
Or do you mean that your firend Solar stops talking?
Well i really do not know what to tell you.You have 2 options:
-become a God
-not become a God and stay mortal

Is this what you wanted to know or was I wrong?

Do you have the official patch installed?

Dace De'Briago 06-08-2003 06:03 PM

Try reloading your last save game before the final battle, and redo it.

If that doesnt work, keep your save games. Then uninstall ToB and reinstall, along with all previous mods. It's a pain in the ass, but it needs to be done.

Good luck with it.

Friends I have tried that all and Xen Solar does stop talking just when she was about to give me a choice. And it's too late now to get back that saved game because the computor I saved it on broke down months ago. I was a neutral evil 31st level Kensai who kicked butt. The choice I would have picked was to be a god please tell me both endings. Ever since I have beaten BGI I have been determined and hard pressed to find out the conclusion. When Solar stopped talking I went into a rage that I never known I had in me. You all are lucky you got the good copies and I got the rejected one.

Actually, I think there are four endings.

And I'm not about to spoil any of them :D

You get to enjoy the game all the way through again

You got to be kidding. I don't want to play the game all freaken over game. I worked my arse off for the ending and it wouldn't show and I am not about to go through it all over a freaken stinkin time. Do YOU know how long it took me to play and beat that game! Well it was before you even registered!! (And thats a fact I beaten it before 2003.)

Well what can we do? Onlz thing I can tell you is that there is an end movie and after you made your choice you become a god ... or not.
Then there are the epilogues for all your party members - text only with their picture beside it. If you really want to read them you can check them out at Gamebanshee.com
Just click on the NPC and select "NPC's ending storyline".

Yes.

From the Rules And Regulations
UPDATED: Be Sig Smart: The larger your image in your sig, the longer it takes for others to load it. Don't forget, MANY people still use dial-up internet, and huge images take a LONG time to download. we allow the following as per signatures:

http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...ample_size.jpg

We allow up to 2 Images in your sig. But, we prefer you use 1 or combine the 2 into one image. If you use 1 image in your signature, you are allowed the image resolution to be 225x155, and no more than 150Kb in size. This NEW Size will take effect on January 27th 2002. Anyone before that time will still be allowed to keep their slightly larger sig.

If you wish to use 2 images, both images must be no larger than 280x220 combined in resolution, and 150Kb in size as well. Your text sig or 'tagline' must not exceed 300 characters as well.

If you do not follow these rules, your profile may be edited, your image removed and account profile locked out to modification.

Cmon people none of you asked the question really asked what are the four endings for the PC!

Faceman 06-13-2003 09:08 AM

IIRC the "four" endings are

1.) You accept the essences from the Bhaalspawn captured from Melissan and achieve Godhood.
2.) 1.) You accept the essences from the Bhaalspawn captured from Melissan and achieve Godhood and leave your lover behind after a short conversation (this is if you romanced somebody).
3.) You reject your Bhaal essences and leave the scenery unharmed as a mortal.
4.) You reject your Bhaal essences and leave the scenery unharmed as a mortal along with your love (this is if you romanced somebody).

Sythe 06-13-2003 03:18 PM

Thats it? I thought there would be like much more to it.

Xen 06-13-2003 03:24 PM

Me too. But...

My heart still hopes for BG3 but my mind is telling me that the with every day hope seems weaker

Link 06-13-2003 04:59 PM

..And a further division is perhaps that you become an evil or good god (or neutral)

I don't think anybody's giving you a straight answer because of spoiler potential. I could tell you exactly what happens--even more detailed than Faceman told it--but I'd be spoiling you on something that I personally was tickled pink to watch, hear, and read. The ending to ToB is gorgeous, saddening, uplifting, all at the same time, and having someone around here tell you that Rosebud was his sled doesn't do it justice.

If you really want to know, I can sell you my spare copy of ToB. That way, you have a bug-free copy of the game.
