<font color="red"> "OK lets go check up on Rong Er then and make her tell us what the antidote is. I hope she isn't unconscious anymore." </font>

RoSs_bg2_rox 02-03-2004 12:03 PM

<font color=#00FF00> Karthias started to move and Plaxica followed (ooc>> if thats not OK I will delete) The pair casually walked down the creaky stairs and under the deck. Karthias gave a looked smug with himself as they strolled un-noticed passed he and Mormegil's room unoticed, they approached the door of Rong Ers room and then............

</font>
ooc>> Dplax you can continue from this point with use of my character if it is needed.

dplax 02-03-2004 12:21 PM

OOC: its OK

IC: ... opened the door. Or at least tried to. it did not open. It required all of their combined force to do so. In the room was only Rong Er lying on the bed seemingly either asleep or unconscious. <font color="red"> "I'll try waking her. You just make sure I'm not disturbed. OK? </font> After Karthias's affirmative response Karthias went outside and closed the door behind him standing outside. Plaxica walked up to the bed and shook Rong Er first gently and then with a bit more force. No response came from the prone figure. He remembered just then that she might still have weapons on her and try to use them after waking. He searched her and removed all weapons he could find. He opened the door and gave them to Karthias. He then proceeded trying to wake Rong Er with every method he knew.

OOC: @Skye: is being able to open the door against the spell OK? if not I'll change the post. It is now up to you whether my character manages to wake Rong Er.
@Ross: if you don't agree with what your character did I can change the post for this reason also.

Skydracgrrl 02-04-2004 08:20 AM

ooc-psst, Elif, Lyulfe moved you to Mormegil's room. So you should be twitching in there instead of on the deck. ;)

Yeah, the door isn't part of the spell, so it's fine.

ic- Lyulfe abruptly turned around, his already short temper getting even shorter. Scowling, he rushed to the room he and Skye shared.

Pushing the already open door farther open he took a deep breath and asked in a mild, dry voice laced with arsenic, <font color="darkseagreen">"Could I help you, gentlemen?"</font> His abrupt appearance startles the pair who jump visibly, put off their guard.

dplax 02-04-2004 12:07 PM

OOC: BTW Karthias was standing guard outside so lets say you just rushed in past him.

<font color="red">"Yes! You could help us in trying to wake this woman so she can tell us what the antidote is for the poison she had used. "</font>

<font color="darkseagreen">"As much as I would like to help you, she is in almost as bad a state as the two who are poisoned. If the captain would merely agree to Skye's request to help them, my companion could try and get them stable until Rong Er is recovered enough to help, if she so wishes,"</font> Lyulfe replied calmly. <font color="darkseagreen">"If you want her to help them, I do not believe shaking her to death is the way to get her to want to tell you what the antidote is."</font>

Larry_OHF 02-04-2004 11:26 PM

<font color=steelblue>Mormegil

Morm just laid there, listening and thinking. He did not want to sit up, for fear of losing his gut through his vomitting again...and he did not want to talk, because his throat burned. He just lay there, breathing in the crisp air of the sea breeze. It appeared that his body was working hard to counter the effects of the poison, but he still felt it in his system.

Then he passed out again.</font>

OOC>>>I am just keeping him laying low until the story with Rong can be worked out and the antidote administered. Until then, I think I will leave Mormegil asleep. If I have not been healed in a certain time frame, I may let my character die from the long sufferage.
BTW..incase there is any question, I was ok with what Mistral's char did to me, and I do not question her motives. I thought it offered a nice twist, actually. The DM certainly has done nothing to prevent it, so we both assumed that we were okay to continue this way. I did not expect anyone else to be harmed in this little stir-up, however. I hope the game will be getting back on track soon. Until then, everybody try to have fun! We all can't be winners, and my big-mouth character is certainly proving that.

dplax 02-05-2004 03:19 AM

Plaxica was just about to agree to Lyulfe's arguments, but then he remembered something, and although it disgusted him to ask for help from an elf he asked Lyulfe: <font color="red">"But isn't your friend Skye, or whatever she is called a bard? She could wake Rong Er up just so that she can tell us what the antidote is. I'm sure that wouldn't hurt her. And I don't think she requires too much pity since she had tried to kill Mormegil. I only saved her to be able to save him" </font>

Skydracgrrl 02-05-2004 08:51 PM

Lyulfe closed his eyes and said softly <font color="darkseagreen">"Things are not always what they seem..."</font>

He opened his eyes again and gave Plaxica a wry smile, as if aware of his feelings about elves. <font color="darkseagreen">"I'm sure Skye would be more than willing to help. However, she is currently trying to convince the Captain to let her try and keep the poison under control in Mormegil and the wizard... if the Captain waits any longer to decide, it may be too late."</font>

dplax 02-06-2004 07:16 AM

<font color="red"> "I'll go and see the captain and ask Skye about this. Karthias you'll stay here?" </font>

mistral4543 02-06-2004 09:25 AM

<font color=orchid>Rong Er

Her eyeballs stirred under the eyelids, and gradually, her body shifted, turning to rest on the left and her right hand rising to cover her right ear. The momentary silence of the room was punctuated by a gentle snore.</font>

dplax 02-06-2004 11:36 AM

Plaxica just stepped out of the room when the full meaning of what Lyulfe had said struck him. <font color="red"> "How did the wizard get poisoned?" </font>

RoSs_bg2_rox 02-06-2004 12:58 PM

<font color=#00FF00> karthias
"yeh thats fine Plaxica, Il wait and see if she wakes up"

And with that Plaxica had left the room. Karthias paced up and down the small space impatiently. He needed this to hurry up, he needed Mormegil to pull through! He was so anxious he nearly didnt notice the shift in Rong Er's posture.

"Hey you"he called" do you realise what you've done!? Get up! NOW! And save this blessed guy before he passes away, and do you realise that you have almost killed someone else aswell with your stupid "game!" I dont like you, I dont like you one bit, so do this now or I may be forced to take action!!" <font>

mistral4543 02-06-2004 06:05 PM

<font color=orchid>Rong Er

As first it had been an irritating buzz of the mosquitoes, hovering about her ear and threatening to sting her but never quite doing so. She ignored it, hazarding the stings, if only she could continue to sleep on unmolested.

But the "NOW!" that so violently shook the bed thundered in her ears, sending her jolting up and glancing about, her dreamy eyes drawing daggers at the sight of Karthias and her ears taking in the outpour of his words. Annoyance, regret, pensiveness and something else crashed upon her face like tidal waves, upon a pale sandy shore.

"I don't like you either." ~ She spoke bluntly but in measurable tones, eyeing him keenly ~ "And I don't follow the dictates of people I dislike. If you kill me, two others will die with me and my father, avenging me, will slay another lot of you. Quite a fair exchange, I would say."</font>

RoSs_bg2_rox 02-06-2004 06:17 PM

<font color=#00FF00> "what so you intend to just stand by, and let these two innocent people die, just because of some foolish memory of yours, I think you've lost the plot! Do you really think it will gain you anything? I guarantee that if you let them die then you will be killed in a most painful way! Now are you gona do something or shall I have to force you? "
</font>

mistral4543 02-06-2004 07:09 PM

<font color=orchid>She glared at him, her jaw muscles tightening ~ "Don't forget that it was Mormegil that insulted my father first! You may choose to let someone slight your kinsmen, but that is not my style." ~ There was a slight sneer to her voice as she continued ~ "As for that other interfering fool, he saw what I was capable of, and tried to drown me. Are you saying that I should allow myself to die without a fight?"

Shaking her head, she went on ~ "I've already said that I don't take to threats kindly. If you want me to save those two, they'll have to apologise to me first."</font>

dplax 02-06-2004 08:10 PM

Plaxica heard the high voices of Karthias and Rong Er from the room and he went back into the room just as Rong Er finished speaking. <font color="red"> I've just spoken with Skye and she said that those two are in no position to apologize. Both of them are fighting a losing fight against the poison. Now I do agree that what Mormegil had said to you was not totally OK, but then I don't exactly know his past history too well. Now look here, I agree with you that threats aren't going to go anywhere with you. But since I saved your life out there I think you do owe me something, and I would just like to ask you to tell us what the antidote is. I'm sure that any court would convict you for attempted murder, but if you cooperate I think people could be talked into not pressing those matters. Now just please be reasonable. What do you gain by withholding the antidote, except further troubles for yourself." </font>

Skydracgrrl 02-06-2004 10:49 PM

ooc- dplax, I would have appreciated if you had actually asked my character (Skye) first before saying that you did, but it's okay.
Skye- *kicks the Captain* wake up!! :(

ic- Meanwhile, Lyulfe was rubbing his temples furiously and sighing, his eyes closed and his face tilted towards the deck as the verbal tennis-match continued. Finally the stalwart elf could take the barrage no longer.
<font color="darkseagreen">"Please."</font> He spoke the word forcefully yet softly, causing the other three to acknowledge his presence with surprise. <font color="darkseagreen">"Please leave, Plaxica, Karthias. I need to speak to Rong Er alone. If you are worried about your two comrades, perhaps you could help Skye convince the Captain faster, to allow her to help slow the poison."</font> The elf continued to look piercingly at the floor as he waited for a reply.

<font color=orchid>Rong Er

She stared at Plaxica, considering each of his words. The light in her dark brown eyes flickered several moments and her lips parted... then the clouds regathered, and her jawline set in again.

"I do owe you a favour for saving my life." ~ It was obvious that there was some regret in her voice, although for what, it was up to the others to speculate ~ "And I promise that I will save your life one day, in return." ~ Nodding in satisfaction, she turned to look faraway ~ "But do not speak of terms and conditions with me, when you cannot meet my own."

There was a slight pause, before she looked at Karthias and then back to Plaxica. ~ "Mormegil and that fellow have to apologise, and now Karthias too." ~ She looked down at her hands in resolve ~ "If any of you, other than Lyulfe, continue to harass me, you will both have a hand in pushing the two men closer to death."</font>

RoSs_bg2_rox 02-07-2004 08:30 AM

<font color=#00FF00> "Ok I will leave for a time and let you get on with what you must, but do not take long, for I fear the two men do not have much time!"</font>

OOC: I thought that the conversation with Skye wouldn't have given any results ( :D ) so I just left it out, but now I see I should'nt have.

IC: Plaxica considered the words of Rong Er and Lyulfe before making his decision. <font color="red"> "What I want you to accept Rong is that Mormegil and the wizard cannot apologize to you before you help them since they are unconscious and may not regain consciousness. I shall now go and try to convince the captain to let Skye proceed, although I do not know why she needs the captain to be OK with this. AFAIK it was Mormegil who hired him so he wouldn't object to saving his life." </font> With that Plaxica walked out of the room and closed the door behind him. Turning to Karthias he said: <font color="red"> "Do you want to come and see the captain with me?</font>

ooc- "AFAIK"?

ic-Lyulfe inclined his head curtly in thanks as Karthias and Plaxica vacated the room. For several moments the room was uncomfortably silent, until the elf released a small sigh and looked up from the floor boards to peer directly into Rong Er's face with searching eyes.

<font color="darkseagreen">"I realize that your honour was offended, and your life threatened. And I do believe that Karthias owes you an appology for his brashness, and Mormegil at the very least an explanation. But we are after all, how do they say, 'merely human'."</font> He gave her an ironic smile. <font color="darkseagreen">"Karthias was reacting out of worry over his 'client,' and the wizard because it's his job. Mormegil..."</font> he paused and shrugged. <font color="darkseagreen">"Most likely ignorant because of his massive amounts of money. He probably isn't used to being told off by someone, especially a person like you."</font>

Lyulfe's eyes held a glimmer of humour before he continued. <font color="darkseagreen">"I realise I do not have a say in this because I am not directly involved, but... I would not like to see anyone die because of this. Must've rubbed off on me from Skye,"</font> he added with a wry chuckle.

He sighed again. <font color="darkseagreen">"Here's a deal. I know you're not strong enough to walk, so if I carry you to Mormegil's quarters and you get an appology from Karthias and, if Mormegil is conscious, at least a compromise between the two of you, would you agree to help Skye by telling us the antidote? If you want, you could tell only Skye, in order to assure your safety afterwards, if that is what you are worried about,"</font> the elf added.

Lyulfe walked in front of the door. <font color="darkseagreen">"You do not have to answer right away... I will give you a few minutes to think it over. Please do not think I am taking sides,"</font> he said softly as he looked at her, an unreadable emotion glimmering in his eyes for a moment before he looked downwards again, waiting.

(sorry Dplax just had to say that :D )

mistral4543 02-08-2004 09:34 AM

<font color=orchid>Rong Er

She perused his pointy ears as he looked downwards, a shimmering coming to her own eyes as she ran his words against her mind. Her lips trembled and indeed, so did her fingers, as she inhaled deeply before she said her piece.

“You and Skye are good people.” ~ She spoke wistfully, looking away that he might not catch her vulnerability now ~ “I will grant the antidote to those undeserving fools.” ~ Getting up, she circled the room slowly and continued haltingly ~ “Of course, I will leave this horrible ship right away. You know that I cannot stay, much as I enjoy your company. Skye’s and yours, of course.” ~ A flush crossed her cheeks ~ “I will go, and we shall part ways, unless…” ~ Her pulse quickened and she turned her back on him ~ “… unless you are willing to join me.” ~ The breathing was erratic, but she willed herself to go on ~ “I should be able to walk aided to the harbour, which is where I will tell you the secret of the antidote. The best way you can help me is to lead me there, unharmed.” ~ With an effort, she ended with finality ~ “After that, your path is your own choice.”</font>

Larry_OHF 02-08-2004 05:59 PM

<font color=skyblue>Mormegil

Mormegil lay dying. The poison was enough to immobilize him and cause him to become too weak for functioning...but there was another unseen problem. His vomiting and sweating was causing him to become dehydrated quickly. His body knew of its thirst. He awoke in his feverish state, rolled off the table and dragged himself up every painful step that hindered his progress. he had to find water.</font>

Skydracgrrl 02-08-2004 06:59 PM

ooc- Alrighty! I've decided that Skye backstabbed the captain and has stolen...er, commandeered the ship!! ... no, not really. :D But we're going to pretend that the Captain finally decided that Skye is capable of helping the two dying people...

ic- Mormegil feels gentle hands pulling him back to his bed, and in his weakened state is unable to fend off his hinderer.

<font color="skyblue">"Here, drink this,"</font> Skye held a glass of water to his mouth worriedly, while making note of his symptoms. Once she was satisfied that he had drunk enough, she went and checked on Corinthian. Noticing the elf and dragonet, that had joined Lyulfe onboard earlier, standing outside on deck, she called to him.

<font color="skyblue">"Excuse me, um... uh..."</font> she searched her memory for his name, but came up with nothing. <font color="skyblue">"Um, sir elf?"</font> she called, waving her hand to get his attention. <font color="skyblue">"I could use your help... could you possibly get Lyulfe for me, and make sure no one comes in here and bothers me, except for my companion? I would greatly appreciate it,"</font> she looked at him with pleading eyes.

*~~~~~~~~*

Lyulfe seemed to quaver for a moment, in response to Rong Er's statement, before he looked up at her again.

<font color="darkseagreen">"Thank you,"</font> he said sincerely. <font color="darkseagreen">"I shall speak to the Captain and make him go back to the harbor. As for accompanying you..."</font> he faltered. <font color="darkseagreen">"That is... not my decision to make. I must discuss with Skye first."</font> He seemed disappointed with his answer, and his eyes clouded briefly. <font color="darkseagreen">"It is not my decision to make..."</font> he said again, softly, but the tone in which he said it and the vague look in his eyes told Rong Er that he was thinking of something else.

He glanced over at her and snapped out of his reverie. <font color="darkseagreen">"You should not be standing,"</font> he chided, and walked over to Rong and grabbed her by the elbow to help support her.

ooc- *chants*
Yay for subplots,
They're so fun,
Subplots are for everyone!!! :D :D

dplax 02-08-2004 07:13 PM

OOC: Well when I wrote "AFAIK" it was already past 1 in the morning here so I was tired. :D

IC: After hearing the captain agree for the treatment Plaxica drew the captain aside away from everyone, so that only the captain could hear. <font color="red"> "I told you captain, sir, that I will explain myself as soon as the opportunity arises, so here goes." </font> With that Plaxica told the captain the story of his life, how he got the strange ability of shapeshifting and even told him about him being a hunted man ashore. <font color="red"> "Now you can give me up to the authorities if you want to or let me stay on this ship. But please bear in mind when making your decision that I did not do anything bad, so you would be giving up an innocent man. And I had also saved Rong Er, who can save the man who hired you for this journey." </font> Plaxica shifted his weight slightly from one foot to the other while the captain considered the situation.

OOC: Has anyone seen Calsiumus online in the last few days?

mistral4543 02-08-2004 07:51 PM

<font color=orchid>Rong Er

Gritting her teeth, she began to walk as briskly as she could toward the cabin door, Lyulfe holding her arm for support ~ "Hurry, I want to get out of here." ~ There was no more wishy-washiness in her tone; she wanted out and fast. The two made their way up the planks, and onto the docks. Once there, she turned to Lyulfe and whispered into his ear.

"It was not a lethal poison that I injected into those two, you know. They can happily live on... mmm, not quite happily." ~ A wry grin momentarily passed her lips ~ "The poison starts off causing a great deal of nausea for the first three hours, imbibing the person with a sense of feeling he is better off dead than alive." ~ Her eyes darkened as she watched Lyulfe's expression ~ "But after that, the person lives on. He feels jolts of pain only if he experiences the emotion of satisfaction." ~ She paused briefly, then continued ~ "If he is happy or worse still, delighted..." ~ She seemed to savour her words ~ "... the dose of discomfort will be increased, in proportion."

Blinking slightly, she spoke again, this time softly ~ "As you can see, I am not the goody-two-shoes that you and Skye certainly are. I see now that it is best that we part ways, for anywhere that I go with you both, I shall always seem to be the devil." ~ Her right eye twinkled ~ "But enough talk, I see you are still worried for the victims." ~ She inserted her fingers into an inner pocket and extracted a beautifully carved snuff bottle.

"There are exactly two pills in there, one for each of them." ~ Putting up her hand to halt Lyulfe from talking ~ "It will ease their discomfort for the next year. The complete antidote lies with my father, and they will have to come to the Peach Blossom Island to get it."

Exhaling, she cast him a final look ~ "We will meet again, if Fate permits." ~ Before he could respond, she tore away from his hold and began running away, choking in her breath but never stopping...</font>

Larry_OHF 02-10-2004 12:15 AM

<font color=steelblue>Mormegil

He swallowed the water as though it were the last drink he'd ever have. It began to restore health to his body immediately, much to his astonishment. The effects of the poison were beginning to wane, and he could feel strength returning to his limbs. He tried to stand, but found no ability to. Still, it felt good to know that death was not enevitable this day. Not yet. The poison he had been administered must have been a temporary sedative to immobilize him. He was satisfied with that, as he could not have understood what the daughter of...that dreaded man...would have been doing, owning such poisons for administration to other humans. It was not an honorable way of killing an enemy...that much Mormegil had learned in his studies. He just lay there, on the step that he had stopped on, and listened to the ocean waves beat against the side of the ship.</font>

Skydracgrrl 02-17-2004 05:05 PM

ooc- *meep* sorry for disappearing for so long guys... all i have to say is... Katsucon *giggles insanely* :D

ic- Lyulfe blinked, then looked after Rong Er's retreating back with an excruciatingly pained expression. Raising his hand as if to grab onto her sleeve, he faltered. <font color="skyblue">Go after her...explain...</font> he heard in his head, and he didn't hesitate to chase after Rong Er.

<font color="darkseagreen">"Wait!"</font> he shouted, and grabbed her arm to hold her in place. <font color="darkseagreen">"What you said before, about going with you..."</font> he hesitated for a moment before continuing. <font color="darkseagreen">"I'd like to take you up on it. But... there's something I need to... show you first. Then you can decide,"</font> he finished in a low voice, not meeting her gaze as he looked at his hand encircling her wrist.

mistral4543 02-17-2004 06:58 PM

<font color=orchid>Rong Er

She halted in her breathless sprint as his hand caught her wrist, panting as she turned around to see his bowed head ~ What a poor dear boy he is... ~ Shaking her head somewhat pitifully, she breathed deeply before replying in a calm voice.

"There is really no need for you to humour me, you know." Chuckling a little awkwardly, she continued, "What do you have to show? You must not keep the others waiting too long, for they may take you as my accomplice."</font>

Skydracgrrl 02-21-2004 06:09 PM

ooc- my computer is confusing me... it said "you have one private message" 3 different times, and I replied to one of those messages two days ago at school... is it possible for my computer to lagg behind the school computer or something? glitch??

ic- Lyulfe laughed softly for a moment before looking up at Rong Er with a cynical smile on his face. <font color="darkseagreen">"If they ever considered me to be an "accomplice," then they are more foolish than I thought. And I'm not humouring you."</font> He added dryly, <font color="darkseagreen">"I rarely do. I would like to go with you but... you can decide what you think in a moment."</font>

He pulled her into a (ooc- conveniently ;) ) abandoned warehouse nearby on the wharf. <font color="darkseagreen">"What you are about to see must remain a secret until the time is right,"</font> he said to her cryptically before dropping her wrist and taking a few steps backwards. Once he was a half-dozen feet away Lyulfe stopped, his eyes half closed as he watched Rong Er.

Nothing seemed to happen until, suddenly, his body seemed to waver (ooc- imagine .Hack... or a game glitch ;) ) and began to glow a wierd azure violet. Beautifully shaped dragon wings erupted from his back in a flash of brilliant amethyst and sea-blue light as his clothing started to melt and mold to his flesh as he metamorphosed, his body becoming taller and larger. Lyulfe's eyes flashed as his teeth grew sharper and his face grew longer, his nose flattening and expanding to meet the snout. As his head became longer and flatter, the back of his skull jutted out to form two scaley ridges that curved back along his head. His arms and legs grew longer and more muscular as his torso expanded, scales forming along it. The wings continued to expand down his back, stopping at the base of his tailbone as a long tail sprouted from that point. His neck lengthened and his fingers stretched into long, pointed claws. The whole effect was achingly beautiful to watch as the humanoid shape changed and became more and more draconic.

After what seemed an eternity, but in reality was only a few moments, Rong Er stared up at the being before her, the unearthly light surrounding it fading. Reared up on its hind legs, the rare and mysterious song dragon stood over her, its neck stretched up and back so it could look down at her. The song dragon's scales glistened an iridescent silver-blue down its slim form, and it looked down at her with wise, azure-violet coloured eyes. There was no sign of Lyulfe anywhere, but the dragon's eyes looked familiar... and almost sad with its haughty, shrewd gaze...

ooc- I must admit I had fun writing this post. I was thinking a combination of Yugioh when the blue eyes white dragon was sacrificed to a.. something-or-other... and the Animorphs series... that girl that can transform pretty and stuff. Yea... anywhoo.. hope you liked ^^

mistral4543 02-21-2004 08:14 PM

OOC>>> That WAS beautifully done, Skye Top notch! :D

IC>>> <font color=orchid>Rong Er

She could only gape as she watched the mirage of colours wrapping, writhing around her soft-hearted friend, sometimes pulling him on the back, so that pieces of his flesh began to stretch out, extend and become a pair of huge bat-like wings. At the same time, the magic tugged at him playfully, so that his entire torso too pulled up, exposing his longish pale-coloured belly and dragging the lower part of his mouth so that a snout appeared. Lastly, his four limbs and tail began to spread out so that he was now beyond recognition, save for those unforgettable eyes, eyes that drew her soul momentarily...

When at last, the room was no longer spinning with uncertain explosions, but instead swinging to a halt with magic dust twinkling in the air, she blinked and looked up again to see the beast that had replaced Lyulfe.

Heaven help me, what have I gotten myself into.... Yet she recognised in herself that whatever it was that she had been dragged into, there was a curious willingness with which she accepted it. Perhaps, if she had been older, loved him deeply and promised to be his wife before this eye-opening episode, she might be repulsed by him now, regret her commitment, or faint, or walk out on him...

But Rong Er was still in the bloom of youth; she had made no rash decisions on her lifelong happiness. She therefore returned the dragon's gaze unwaveringly now, watching him peacefully, marvelling at how terribly magnificent he looked. No, she couldn't decide... couldn't before, and certainly not now. All she wanted was to stand here with him, both of them protected from the trivial cares of the world. The rest could come later.

"I knew there was something different about you, but I couldn't pinpoint it before." She spoke quietly, taking a step towards him. "To say that I'm not shocked by your identity would be a lie." Smiling awkwardly, she went on, "But I'm honoured to have gained your friendship, Lyulfe. After all the scrapes I've been through, you still care for me..."

With a sigh, she came to a pause. Looked down at her hands before reverting her silent gaze to his glittering eyes.</font>

ooc- I'll try to get over there if I can, Larry
Wow, all I have to say is, it was really hard for me to write a post for this... I dunno why...

ic- The dragon blinked its reptilian eyes slowly at Rong Er before slowly bending its neck, so its face was near hers. Its nose snuffled against her cheek, ticklingly, before it redrew its head again.

<font color="darkseagreen">I'm going to transform into humanoid form again... you may wish to turn around, my form does not appear with clothes on, and females seem to become embarrassed by this,</font> a dry, humourous voice echoed in her head.

Once she was turned around, her shadow was thrown into relief in front of her as the bright lights appeared again. After a moment Rong Er heard Lyulfe's voice.

<font color="darkseagreen">"Alright, you can turn around again,"</font> he said. Slightly tan and with a moderately muscular physique, "elven" Lyulfe appeared as he did prior to the transformation, dressed in the same outfit as before. Looking more closely at him, however, Rong Er was able to discern small details that had passed her notice before she knew about his... true form. The fingers on his hands were more long and slender than average, and tapered at the ends of his fingertips. His teeth were slightly sharper than was normal, and his brown hair had a somewhat blue tint to it, reminiscent of the colour of his scales. His eyes were still the same peculiar shade of purple azure, but the pupils seemed more narrow, by just a hair. These eyes were currently looking at her with an eyebrow arched. They seemed to understand what she was now noticing, and were resigned to her inspection.

<font color="darkseagreen">"I am ready to go where you will,"</font> Lyulfe finally broke the silence. <font color="darkseagreen">"I left the vial on the ship where Skye can find it, and she will lead them to... Peach Blossom Island. We have already discussed it,"</font> he finished, in explanation, then waited for her response.
