How about:

1) You cast Simmie
2) You cast PI
3) 150% Firepower, with no no cheese?

Simmie are also un-dispelable and un-true-sight-able.

A few problems, Simmies cannot do anything during the PI's Time Stop. Simmies need not do anything after the PI's Time Stop.

I did have a Sorcerer who had both PI and Sima, but the Sima spell ended up being redundant and hence its' exclusion from my spell lists.

another strategy, you know berserker/mage can have up to 10 attacks per round?

well, the news is, mmm, whatach call it image (Project Image? nah nah, the one that create a physical form, kinda like teleport yourself back one step) that image CAN hurt enemies as a 2 level lower fighter. so just do all ur usual protections on (including Stone Skine), then pop off a spell sequencer and a few contigencies of this image spell... you will a dozen mini-me berserkers running around, each doing 10 attacks per round with your fighter's stats

if I recall correctly, your images dont have the protections on when they come out... that is not a problem, they can use the items u have one too, so they can improve haste themselves, and use Scroll of Stone skin... heh. in the end, your fighter rarely misses, and with that whatchama call it big ass hammer, you do like 30 dmg on normal attacks.

say, you have 7 of these lil sidekicks, (including yourself). thats 7 times 10 times 30 dmg each round, 2100 or something close to that. and now with Dundee's Withy thingie, you dont have a limit on how many of those guys you can summon (refresh). and there is no limit to the number of these images... say, summon 20 of those...

At which point, cynics will begin to say, "Are you sure you guys are soloing?"

Alson 10-04-2002 02:53 PM

And the answer will probably be: "No, we just like the view from the walls in Saradush".

LOL! Although that line would be more appropriate for a party of 6 trying to reach the ToB Xp Cap before leaving Saradush. ;)

Alson 10-04-2002 03:05 PM

True... But it's useful for any cheater, solo or party.

Nah, I consider it cheese, not cheating, since you have to kill them to gain the Xp( although there is a less cheesy way in the Sendai Enclave). Soloists will hit the ToB Xp cap long before they enter ToB anyway.

I consider all the InfiniteXP(TM) tricks to be cheating.
Cheese is abusing BioWare's lousy scripting (aka bad AI).
Cheating is abusing BioWare's lousy testing (aka game glitches).

Here I am, getting too harsh on BioWare again... :D
Go BioWare for making such an excellent game!
