can't concentrate,
Mind wonders,
no answers only questions,
inpersonal,
avoided,
no help,
words, meaning lost,
slience,
perhaps it is best.

as for coming up with them, i just think impromptu. i usually start with a phrase and work from there...

Griever, our styles aren't that different, mine are usally inspared by a word or thought and are normal written down first time in the post box.

yep! or how bout a thought? just think of one thing, and these emotions start to develop.. lots of 'em that you can formulate into poetry...
