Calaethis grinned slightly "You are going to choose our clothes Ali?" then he griminced "That doesnt mean lots of measuring, trying on does it?"

She had been quiet while the others spoke. She hadn't said anything, but she had no intention of miring herself with Alliene's family. Seeing the way the woman treated her, an apology was out of the question, and she meant to be gone before she even reached Alliene's father's city. Her panther growled its agreement at these thoughts. She intended to go back to the Moonwood, this time for real-5 years was too long aprt from the only person who had ever shown her kindness, the ranger of the Moonwood, Kathryn Amulis-her mother.

<font color=pink>Alliene saw the bitter look on Kaltia's face,

"Oh, don't you worry, I only planned on having Calaethis and Dameon accompany me to my grandfather's kingdom while Natha scoped out the above ground city. I take it by your face you don't plan to come with us though. Well, all the more easier, since we'll be able to fly there," she shot Kaltia a scrutinzing look, "Unless of course you wish to stay until we reach the shore? I'm sure my cousin would...enjoy your company," her voice held a faint tone of humor, and she looked over at Calaethis,

"Fitting is not necessary, Calaethis. I only have to make sure your pants won't fall off, because that is all you'll be wearing," she winked again and leaned on Zachana's massive shoulder, watching Kaltia with a patient look,

"Well, are you staying or going? It would be nice to know now."</font>

Calaethis glanced over at his cousin, and shuddered. Then he grinned "And what about you, dear cousin?" Then he laughed as she scowled at him "Yes, yes, I know, you'll be wearing that... thing of yours." Turning to Kaltia he asked somberly "The underwater is no place for Shev... would you do me a favour? Could you please take care of him until I return? I know its a lot to ask... but...?"

"Honestly Calaethis, Shevarash is a wolf, and a strong one atthat. I a sure he can tend to himself for a few days," she tapped her foot.</font>

"Yes, Alliene, but I'd feel happier to be honest with you, and besides... knowing Shev, if he thinks I'm in trouble, he may be crazy enough to come after me..." Calaethis grinned.

Shevarash looked at the bear enquiringly. Calaethis shook his head. how on earth are we going to take a bear into the city if Natha wants to keep him, I assume hes a him... oh wait, maybe it will wait in the forest, still... Calaethis grinned and nodded to Natha.

"A bear? Well, flyng is out of the question then," she approached the bear and held out her hand for it to sniff, then patted it gently on the head, "Nothing wrong with walking, I suppose,"</font>
