i tread on this land
on where i see destruction
glass shards cutting my feet
some objects beyond recognition

i hear screams of rage
desperate cries
a wolfs howl of despair
i hear hatred, with no hint of care in it

i have entered virgin territory
a place i do not know
its vocabulary escapes me
i am alone, with no allies

i am in a wasteland
on where we throw our madness
into this black hole
of nothingness
