Calaethis accepted the peice of meat greatfully, his memory still slightly cloudy, looking over to the lake, there was a fine mist raising from it, Calaethis sighed, and appreciated the beauty of it. The he rose, and placed the rest of the meat on the ground, and called Shev over to eat it. Turning to his cousin he winced and asked "Bathe?" (as in him). Knowing her reply would probably be "yes" he wasn't looking forward to the chilly water...

<font color=pink>"If you wish to. I have been in the water enough the past two days, so you will be by yourself...or with whoever else feels like joining you," she shot a look at Kaltia.</font>

Calaethis nodded and looked at her thankfully "I really don't want to go into that freezing water... at least not now" then he started to straighen out his cloak, "Erm, Ali can you have my cloak and clothes washed when we reach you're fathers place?" he grinned "I must stink.." then he sighed. "When will we set off?" and griminced "I s'pose you'll want me to walk this time...?"

<font color=pink>Alliene shrugged,

"If you want to stay and walk with Kaltia, that is your own choice. As far as your clothes, I'll have to make you some new ones. You can't go under salt water wearing that."</font>

Calaethis shook his head "You've made you're feelings perfectly clear on what you think about Kaltia, and... well, to be honest, I'd rather come with you, if you will still allow it.. I want to redeem myself in you're eyes, cousin..." then he sighed and bowwed his head "Still if you wish to punish me, I understan, and I fully deserve it, despite what you said about not punishing me... you're tounge lashings hurt more then a beating.. most of the time.." then he sighed. "It is up to you."

<font color=pink>Alliene gave an exasperated sigh

"Calaethis, listen. Youre a young man, and if you want to spend youre time with her until we reach the coast, then I won't stop you. And I know how you feel now. Don't mention it, whatever happens happens, got it?" she scratched her back with her sword tip, "Come on everyone! We're leaving in a few moments, be ready!"</font>

Calaethis nodded, "As you wish Alliene, and thank you." He bowwed and took her hand and kissed it, in a guesture of utmost respect for him. Considering that he almost never did it, Alliene should be flattered. (chances are she isnt tho [img]tongue.gif[/img] ) Then he stood next to his cousin while everyone got their wits together. Grinning he asked "Are we going to fly again, cous?"

<font color=green>Dameon wakes up from dreams of drinking his ale at his brewery. "Ale hurff" Dameon mutters as he gets up. "Dang it was cold last night. I just wish i had some more clothes to keep me warm maybe i will buy some when we get to your fathers city. I hope that my money will work here. Will theses work Alliene?" Dameon reaches into his pocket and pulls out a small purse. When he puts his hand inside the purse he comes out with a handfull of diamonds, rupies, saphires, emeralds blue and green. The smallest about the size of a thumbnail. Most of the size of a golf ball. All cut to what looks like perfection.</font>

Calaethis eyes widened at the gems, and remarked "With those, you could buy just about anything you wanted..." then he grinned "You know, those would be perfect to set in blades, the hilts, you know? You could sell the blades for thousands, there are always poncuy noblemen that will pay work expert craftsmanship..."

<font color=pink>Alliene winked at Dameon,

"He is right, you know. Humans are ever greedy for precious gems such as those," she touched Nizzre's diamond encrusted hilt with a small smile, "Unfortunatley, those won't buy you anything in Allinav. I will help you with what you should wear when we get there."</font>
