Paladins and Berserkers are cool, too, and if you think hard enough, there are 2 ways to make a Barbarian almost literally invincible.

Can you share your ways with us?
I've seen one way over at the GameBanshee forums, it was suggested by Bruce Lee.
Saz, can i post a link?

Mines gotta be the assasin i dont like theiving but slinking in the shadows and killing your enemies before they know what happened is always fun. You can take out the Head Honcho and charge in with your figters and mages to wipe up the remaining resistance.

Paladin
All the perks of being a tank fighter plus some spell abilities at higher levs and lay hands on. i'm fine with being lawful good. and it's another reason to avoid having anomen. who needs 2 paladins.

I thoroughly enjoy all of the paladin kits (particularly the Undead Hunter for his immunity to hold and level drain).
Mages too. In particular I find that a dual-classed fighter/mage (human fighter dualed to mage at around level 9 or so) yields the best results. That way you can devote more experience points to your mage class and ascend to the higher mage levels (something not enjoyed bu MULTI-classed fighter/mages) whilst still being able to wield powerful weapons should the need ever arise.
Right now I'm playing a human Priest of Lathander imported from BG1 dualed to a thief at level 10 and am having a ball. I recommend playing around with dual-classing, you can find some startlingly effective combinations, particularly in conjunction with different NPC party configurations.

I have played with almost all the kits and classes, solo'd a few. My favourites are the archer, sorcerer(ess) and the plain ranger

Only thing is: Anomen is NOT a Paladin. He is a Fighter dual Cleric, when he becomes a knight he is still a Fighter dual Cleric.
