ic: Still unconcious, laying on the floor of Mormegils room, reeling with the effects of poison. spasmodically flailing about in tight circles

<font color="red"> "OK lets go check up on Rong Er then and make her tell us what the antidote is. I hope she isn't unconscious anymore." </font>

RoSs_bg2_rox 02-03-2004 12:03 PM

<font color=#00FF00> Karthias started to move and Plaxica followed (ooc>> if thats not OK I will delete) The pair casually walked down the creaky stairs and under the deck. Karthias gave a looked smug with himself as they strolled un-noticed passed he and Mormegil's room unoticed, they approached the door of Rong Ers room and then............

</font>
ooc>> Dplax you can continue from this point with use of my character if it is needed.

dplax 02-03-2004 12:21 PM

OOC: its OK

IC: ... opened the door. Or at least tried to. it did not open. It required all of their combined force to do so. In the room was only Rong Er lying on the bed seemingly either asleep or unconscious. <font color="red"> "I'll try waking her. You just make sure I'm not disturbed. OK? </font> After Karthias's affirmative response Karthias went outside and closed the door behind him standing outside. Plaxica walked up to the bed and shook Rong Er first gently and then with a bit more force. No response came from the prone figure. He remembered just then that she might still have weapons on her and try to use them after waking. He searched her and removed all weapons he could find. He opened the door and gave them to Karthias. He then proceeded trying to wake Rong Er with every method he knew.

OOC: @Skye: is being able to open the door against the spell OK? if not I'll change the post. It is now up to you whether my character manages to wake Rong Er.
@Ross: if you don't agree with what your character did I can change the post for this reason also.

ooc-psst, Elif, Lyulfe moved you to Mormegil's room. So you should be twitching in there instead of on the deck. ;)

Yeah, the door isn't part of the spell, so it's fine.

ic- Lyulfe abruptly turned around, his already short temper getting even shorter. Scowling, he rushed to the room he and Skye shared.

Pushing the already open door farther open he took a deep breath and asked in a mild, dry voice laced with arsenic, <font color="darkseagreen">"Could I help you, gentlemen?"</font> His abrupt appearance startles the pair who jump visibly, put off their guard.

dplax 02-04-2004 12:07 PM

OOC: BTW Karthias was standing guard outside so lets say you just rushed in past him.

<font color="red">"Yes! You could help us in trying to wake this woman so she can tell us what the antidote is for the poison she had used. "</font>

<font color="darkseagreen">"As much as I would like to help you, she is in almost as bad a state as the two who are poisoned. If the captain would merely agree to Skye's request to help them, my companion could try and get them stable until Rong Er is recovered enough to help, if she so wishes,"</font> Lyulfe replied calmly. <font color="darkseagreen">"If you want her to help them, I do not believe shaking her to death is the way to get her to want to tell you what the antidote is."</font>

<font color=steelblue>Mormegil

Morm just laid there, listening and thinking. He did not want to sit up, for fear of losing his gut through his vomitting again...and he did not want to talk, because his throat burned. He just lay there, breathing in the crisp air of the sea breeze. It appeared that his body was working hard to counter the effects of the poison, but he still felt it in his system.

Then he passed out again.</font>

OOC>>>I am just keeping him laying low until the story with Rong can be worked out and the antidote administered. Until then, I think I will leave Mormegil asleep. If I have not been healed in a certain time frame, I may let my character die from the long sufferage.
BTW..incase there is any question, I was ok with what Mistral's char did to me, and I do not question her motives. I thought it offered a nice twist, actually. The DM certainly has done nothing to prevent it, so we both assumed that we were okay to continue this way. I did not expect anyone else to be harmed in this little stir-up, however. I hope the game will be getting back on track soon. Until then, everybody try to have fun! We all can't be winners, and my big-mouth character is certainly proving that.

Plaxica was just about to agree to Lyulfe's arguments, but then he remembered something, and although it disgusted him to ask for help from an elf he asked Lyulfe: <font color="red">"But isn't your friend Skye, or whatever she is called a bard? She could wake Rong Er up just so that she can tell us what the antidote is. I'm sure that wouldn't hurt her. And I don't think she requires too much pity since she had tried to kill Mormegil. I only saved her to be able to save him" </font>
