I also have a similar feeling about kobolds. I only kill the ones that i can see... or hear... or smell... or can find... or have heard about. I think ill stay at home.

One big question, where is the Mr baggins to comment on this?
We demand Baggins! :evillol:

Looking at the general opinion that Mr Baggins has not told us anything about the kobold rehablitation, I give the opinion that we have right to kill the kobolds as sone as we see them. Onward my army of wolves!

WOOF!

Indeed, it is with great sadness that I have to declare Mr. Baggins' project finished. But although this is a major setback in the kobold integration process, we should not linger upon those oppertunities as we lost, but rather the things we have learned.
Unfortunately we haven't received Mr. Baggins' final report just yet and as such haven't learned much other than to be careful with our trust.

However, this does not mean the council will pass a bill reducing kobolds to game. The slaying of a kobold, or refusal to do so, is a choice made by the people rather than the law.

But whilst the kobold is not fair game, Mr. Baggins is. He must be found and taken before the council so we can ascertain his motives and determine what must be done with him. It is also our one oppertunity to learn from what has come to pass. A dead Baggins, however, is useless to us. and this is why we must make haste, for surely our missing BYOB leader has his enemies as well.

It wouldn't surprise me if Mr Baggins has been done in by the very kobolds he was trying to protect! The poor misguided fool....

I think that Mr. UnderHill had his fingers in the till, and has moved on to another part of the world to make a new life.
