Seeing his cousin alone, Calaethis walkes slowly over to her, and bows his head. "Alliene.. about the things I said earlier? I'm sorry, you were right, and I was acting like a child and a fool. I've always obeyed you, and followed you, please... give me another chance to prove myself to you?" Calaethis voice was thick with emotion, and his eyes sincere. Then he added "If you don't wish me to carry on with you... ...I..I understand.. but please cousin, give me a chance?" bracing himself, he threw himself at his cousin's mercy. Calaethis looked around to see if anyone else was there, thankfully there wasn't..

***OOC, and NONE of you had better interupt this [img]tongue.gif[/img] except LB of course, but she doesnt count ;) this applies DIRECTLY to YOU Dameon and Kaltia. ;) soz, but give them a moment or two in private ***

Moving closer to his cousin, he quietly begged her to shield them from any eyes or ears that might hear or see them, and knowing she probably wouldn't anyway... he whispered "please, don't allow myself bring further dishonour to you, what we should say is not for others ears.. please Alliene? As a child to his elder?" Calaethis voice was soft, but his cousin could hear each and every word..

***Bah. I am *trying* to get Cal to make up with Alliene LB. lol, its getting annoying posting about a whiny elf. hehe. erm damn, ignore that last part ;) ***

"Of course youre coming with me. I'll not have you run off with that drow woman, you're too good for her," she tossed her head and stroked Zachana's under belly, "Remain with me, and perhaps in time you will redeem yourself. Remember what I did to the drow child who snapped at me? I do not want to do that to you."</font>

Calaethis sighed at looked up (erm assume hes kneeling) at his cousin. The he embraced her, "Why do you have to threaten me? You know I'll obey you. Why not simply punish me as a child when I behave as one, the way you used to?" He sighed deeply "Did you mean what you said about sending me home? I do not wish to go. I left to get away from there... I needed some time to myself.. you know I love you Alliene, but... what happened.. please, forgive me? Thats all I want, you're acceptance... nothing more."

<font color=pink>"Indeed, I mean everything I say, Calethis. You know I rarely jest about family matters. I do not 'punish' you because you are becoming a man, so you need to start taking responsibilty for your own actions. If you really want to learn to be a man you just need to look no further then to the people in our party. Dameon, he strikes me as a really nice man. He knows how to fight, obviously" Alliene rubbed her stomach and sat back with a sigh, "We'll start moving tomorrow, theres been too much stress today to travel."</font>

Calaethis sighed "As you command Cousin." then he sighed deeply "What drow child? What were you talking about?" then he grinned "Dont tell me you locked him up and threw away the key..." then he grinned slightly. "Will you forge me a new sword now? And I need to get a bow as well... I seem to have lost all of my weapons... so again, I am entirely dependent on you..."

<font color=green>Dameon moved towards the encampment. As he neared he could see that Cal and Alliene where still talking. So suprisingly for someone of his bulk creeped out of sight silently making sure not to disturb there talk.</font>

Calaethis spotted Dameon as he moved his keen elven senses decteching movement. He hugged his cousin tightly and thanked her for her patience.

<font color=pink>Alliene sighed and stretched out on her back and Zachana curled up on her stomache contentedly,

"I told you Calaethis, if you want me to enachant a sword or bow for you, I'll have to go back to the underground to get my scrolls, so you'll have to wait. Use Dameon's for now, it was better then your old one,"

Pointing a finger at a pile of wood, she ignited it, closing her eyes and drifting off to a guarded sleep.</font>

Calaethis nodded, and curled up next to his cousin, laying his head down near her side. He quickly fell asleep, peace on his features, something he hadn't had for a while. His last thoughts were feeling safe near his cousin as he dosed off. Wrapping himself in his cloak, he whispered "good night Cousin, sleep peacefully" to Alliene.
