The three sets that are giving you trouble are all likely designed for use in IWD ONE not IWD 2. [img]smile.gif[/img] (the one you sent me DEFINITELY was) Black Isle changed the format of the custom portraits between games. You should probably delete those from your custom portrait folder in IWD2. IWD2 portraits should all be 210 x 330 for the large portrait and 42 x 42 for the small portrait.

It so happens that I have a replacement for the one you were trying to use and have sent it back in return email. It's slightly edited, somewhat darker and more foreboding - but then drow SHOULD be somewhat sinister. [img]smile.gif[/img]
