el_kalkylus: In my game (SoA+ToB, no mods) she disappears from her cave after the fight at the exit. Just dump the eggs before you enter to make sure you can get a fight.

The armor is a +5 leather, but it offers a whopping +20% to magic res and +4 to saving throws making it a mighty good armor.

Did/do you have baldurdash? That might be a bug that it fixed.
