<font color="skyblue">"Sorry? Mind saying that again? I'm not quite as young as I used to be,"</font> Skye jibed, and nudged him with her elbow.

<font color="darkseagreen">"Nothing, just said you're not the most beautiful thing I've ever seen,"</font> the elf replied while looking around at nothing.

<font color="skyblue">"Humph! Well, that's good, 'cuz I wouldn't want you all goggle-eyed and stuff. You can't be a good conscience if you can't think straight in my presence,"</font> the half-elf retorted. Noticing Rong Er's slightly confused expression, she smiled. <font color="skyblue">"Don't mind us. It's nice to "formally" meet you, Rong Er. I think it's a shame how people treat each other when it's much easier to just be friends, don't you think?"</font> she continued with a smile.

<font color="darkseagreen">"Better get your things together,"</font> Lyulfe broke in. Skye gave him an odd look.

<font color="skyblue">"You've been acting strange today, and that was the most strange so far. Why did you say that?"</font> In response, the tall, handsome elf merely pointed towards the land fast approaching them while gulls cried overhead.

EDIT: Oh, a number of Chinese RPGs are based on novels by Chinese authors. The stories are also very intricate and involve complex characters, but the games sometimes deviate slightly from the plot for more variety. Everything about the game (down to the manual, dialogues and outcomes of battles) are in Mandarin, though, so you would need some basic command of the language to understand what's going on [img]smile.gif[/img] That's mainly why these games are not so widely popular, which is a pity as the designers and illustration artists are very talented too [img]smile.gif[/img]

ic- After a few more awkward moments, Lyulfe finally bid his leave to go collect Skye and his things. Skye watched him leave with an amused smile on her face. <font color="skyblue">"He's so cute when he gets flustered, dontcha think?"</font> she asked Rong with a grin.

After only a few hours a big harbour is seen and coruno puts it perfekt by an dock.

The teasing tone of the bard sent a similar wave of red washing across her cheeks, but only just momentarily. ~ "Shall we sample the delights of this city?" ~ And she walked ahead, not darting a glance backward ~For shame, Rong Er, to be so easily subdued.

Just then, a group of children, boisterous and cheeky, came running towards her. Laughing merrily, clapping their hands, dancing around her, separating her from her companions.

bah, not another another city. with a sigh Corinthian looked out a port side window and so many people, thankfully I already have all my gear and needed supplies with me, maybe I will go for a swim Heading back up topside and looking on the other side of the ship he looked down at the emarald green water yes this will do just fine turning and going back to his room he disrobed but not to the buff(tsk tsk) and then headed back up topside only in a pair of cotton breech's that came to just above his knee's and a long dagger belted to his side. WIth a hop and short run he got to the railing and yelled" <font color="green"> BOMBS AWAY </font color="green"> "and dove over the side of the boat with a grace that seemed awkward and barely made a splash as he cut through the water disappearing below the surface

He came up from his cabin and saw the peer where they were anchored flooded with people welcoming them to the land, trying to sell things, and trying to buy passage on the ship. Mormegil looked off to the distance and saw the strange woman surrounded by children that were singing but was too far away to hear the words over the rest of the crowd. He saw the elf and half-elf scurrying after her.
Shaking his head, hoping that she'd be left behind, Mormegil exited the ship and stolled up the the first merchant that was selling something to eat. He bought his own food, paid the man extra and explained that his guard Karthias would be getting off the ship behind him, and to give him something to eat as well. Then Mormegil walked the length of the peer onto dry land and entered the tavern that was beach-side. He found the bathroom and went to go tidy-up before going out in public. He was looking for two days of fun times and great company. </font>

OOC: Since my character has been approved I shall start posting then.

IC: Plaxica stood on the dockside while the boat arrived. He was still exhausted and wounded and bruised from his last encounter with the soldiers hunting him. he knew he had to get out of this place. And now the fates send this ship for him to leave on. Then as he scanned the ship he noticed the small number of sailors serving on it. Since he had served some time in the past year as a sailor he decided he would try to serve on the ship. He walked up to the ship off which already several passengers had come off, one of which he realised with a sudden surge of hate was a half elf.

He then found a sailor working on deck. <font color="red"> "Could you show me where the captain is? I saw that you did not have enough sailors and I wondered whether you might need a few extra hands on board."
</font> After the reply that the captain had left for the town he asked when he would be coming back.

ic- Skye and Lyulfe looked at each other momentarily with confused expressions, then followed after the anxious Rong Er. <font color="skyblue">"Don't you like kids?"</font> Skye asked her, once they had caught up. <font color="skyblue">"I find it fun to amuse them,"</font> she continued eagerly. Lyulfe rolled his eyes.

<font color="darkseagreen">"Cover your ears, she's going to start ranting about one of her favourite subjects,"</font> Lyulfe said dryly to Rong Er.

Skye sniffed and closed her mouth for a moment before asking <font color="skyblue">"Sooooo, where should we go? We have two days, and hopefully we can sleep on the ship at night... I wouldn't know though, I've never been on a ship. Sometime need to go somewhere where I can get some money, like at a marketplace or tavern. But until then, what should we do?"</font> she looked at Rong Er again eagerly.

ooc- hehe, Elif, your character suddenly reminded me of Captain Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean, when he jumps off the dock at the beginning of the movie. :D :D :D

Away from the distraction, the dimples quickly returned to her cheeks ~ "I'm so glad that we share the same passion for adventure." ~ Glancing around excitedly ~ "Oh, look there! I've never seen such strange foods before... and what's that... and that..." ~ Subconsciously reaching out to grab Skye's hand, she began to run towards the colourful and gay streets, eyes shining and rapture in her youthful smile.

"I'll let you in on a secret, Skye... this is my first excursion away from home..." ~ Here, the tone grew solemn ~ "... I want to enjoy myself to the fullest, but I don't quite know which would be the most fun experience here in this strange city..." ~ A wistful expression crossed her face ~ "I wish we had more than two days to sample these delights."</font>
