Just curious on others' thoughts, which do you think would be better? A Human dual Stalker/Cleric or a Half-Elf multi Ranger/Cleric?

IMHO, Half Elven Ranger/Cleric because you can cast druidic spells like Iron skins and elemental summoning

mmmmmm, iron skins......

well if you're like me.. you hardly ever use backstab.. coz there's so much other things on your mind (with lots of spell casting abilites in your party: i'm a necromancer). if i'm right.. thats a stalker's only pro.. besides he doesnt get that great x4 or x5 multiplier. however the serious con of not being able to wear other than leather.. when you have lottsa cool armor in the game.
ranger is good at all that stalker is good at (except the not-so good backstab of the stalker) and can wear great armor. i'd go with ranger/cleric.
also i feel cleric spells are crappy unless they're sufficiently high level.. so you might want to make sure you can get to high enough clerical levels if you want their abilites at all.

I'd go Multiclassed as well, simply because then I won't have to worry about "Do I get the high-end Druid spells or not?", I'll get the Ranger's High-Level-Abilities as well as the Cleric's, and my copy of the game seems to give Multiclassed characters a lot more hitpoints than I can account for, for some reason.
