Ok,this could be as the title states,or me being VERY naieve.
I dual-classed my Imoen to a mage,but she has lost ALL her theif abilities. Is that meant to happen?? Im gutted,i need a new theif! ------------------

You can not use your thief skills untill you are 1 level higher than your previous class.

She won't regain her Theif abilities until the Mage level is 1 above the theif level. For example, if she is a 7th level Theif then when she also becomes an 8th level Mage she will regain her Theif abilities.
